Esthetician Program

Interested in skincare and its related treatments? Join our esthetician program to learn the science behind skincare, facials, chemical peels, and more.

Do you have a passion for skincare and pampering others? Do you enjoy hands-on learning? If so, you may have the makings of a licensed esthetician! Brillare Beauty Institute provides techniques, science, soft skills, and kits you need to make a career as an esthetician. How long is our esthetician program? Our 30-week esthetician program consists of 750 hours with more than 500 of those hours focused on hands-on activities performing in our student-run spa, including Dermalogica facials, PCA advanced chemical peels, waxing, hair removal, and advanced skin treatments.

How Long is an Esthetician Program?

Our esthetic training program provides a comprehensive education to fit your busy schedule. The three-day-a-week program allows you to get certified in 30 weeks in a variety of skincare and treatments you’ll need to be a successful esthetician. At Brillare Beauty Institute, we provide a hands-on teaching method to prepare you to meet state licensing requirements. From day one, you will learn how to perform facials on your fellow students. Your course of study involves learning how to execute:

  • Dermalogica Facials
  • Microdermabrasion
  • PCA Advanced Chemical Peels
  • Bella Lash Extensions
  • Face and Full Body Waxing
  • Celluma Light Therapy
  • Makeup Application
Facial Treatments Chattanooga, TN

During the first 10 weeks of your program, you will perform skin treatments on your fellow students to apply the techniques and science you’ve learned. During the remaining 20 weeks, you’ll spend most of your time in our student-run SalonSpa activities, where our certified instructors will support you.
Additionally, you’ll receive professional PCA, Dermalogica, and bt-GEAR kits when you enroll in our esthetics program. You can take these kits with you throughout your career, so you always have the tools and resources you need to provide the skin and body treatments your clients want and need.

Hands-On Learning in Our SalonSpa

Our in-school SalonSpa gives our students a real-world approach to starting their careers. While many beauty school programs only offer classroom experience, Brillare Beauty Institute teaches you how to work with real paying customers and build the soft skills you’ll need, such as:

  • Building Your Book of Business
  • Retail Product Knowledge
  • Rebooking Clients
  • Giving Consultations
  • Social Media Marketing Techniques

These skills will help you once you graduate and will prepare you to work at a spa or run your own business. Your clinic instructor and senior student support will help you along the way by providing encouraging feedback to help improve your craft.
